SCS SB 956 -- ANIMAL-DRIVEN VEHICLES

This bill allows persons operating animal-driven vehicles after
dark to use lamps or lanterns which comply with the rules
promulgated by the Department of Public Safety.  The bill also
allows persons to equip their vehicles with reflective material
complying with the rules promulgated by the department rather
than displaying the slow-moving triangle emblem.
